CNC Engineer
Responsibilities
-
Program, set-up, operate and maintain a variety of conventional and CNC lathe machines as per Layouts with minimal supervision.

Ensure machines, workstation and measuring tools are clean for following use.

Provide accurate concrete precast slab abrasive tools for next step.

Follow all health and safety procedures and regulations as determined by company.

Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements.

Set up and adjust production machineries/tools.
-
Ability to maintain organized and accurate records.

Willingness to learn and accept instruction.
-
Verify dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments.

Other duties, as assigned.
Competencies:
-
At least 5+ year experiences with programming, setting and operating CNC lathe machines.

Able to use measuring tools including micrometers, height gauges, verniers, bore gauges, thread gauges, etc.

Ability to operate the machine independently, accurate handwriting, read and interpret drawings.

Good communication abilities, Strong attention to detail. Must be self-driven.

Experience in CNC machine operation and processes, especially in CNC HOT WIRE FOAM CUTTER is preferred.
