Caroline Yang works at IBM as Human Resources Program Manager. She has over twenty years of experience in various HR functions including HR business partner, total rewards and cultural diversity. Caroline has a master’s degree in human resources management from York University and is the co-author of the book, Danger and Opportunity: Bridging Cultural Diversity for Competitive Advantage. Caroline is actively engaged in the community. She was on the Board of Directors at HRPA York Region and chaired the Professional Development Committee and presented at several annual conferences.
