Sylvia is a Senior Financial Analyst in a Canadian dealership sales acquisition firm. Prior to immigration, Sylvia served in the M&A Transaction Team of Deloitte China for 10 years and as Senior Audit Consultant in PwC China for 4 years. She specializes in financial due diligence services to both strategic buyers and private equity investors in domestic and international transactions.  Her expertise covers both financial analysis and business valuation. Sylvia is a registered member of CPA Ontario and a member of CPA Australia. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of International Business and Economics.
